Bill Payment

Pine Creek Canyon Domestic Water Improvement District can accept checks (bank or personal) or money orders by United States mail addressed to P.O. Box 945, Pine AZ 85544, or at our office located at 3617 Highway 87, Suite A (Bishop Park office complex).

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through USPS, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office location. We accept checks, or money orders. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Payment Through Our ACH Program

We also have available ACH Program (Automatic Clearing House).  After the customer completes the ACH form (see ACH form below) and returns it to our office, we will electronically pull your monthly amount due to PCCDWID out of the bank account you have provided.  We do our ACH payments between the 15th - 20th of each month. ACH payments are a popular alternative to a paper check. Because they’re electronic, ACH payments are faster and more reliable than checks, thereby helping to automate and streamline accounting.
