Meter Reading Schedule

When weather permits, water meters are read within 1-2 days of the end of each month.  Be sure to keep meter boxes clear of brush, landscape materials, and plants.  Notify the office of any damages to meter boxes by vehicles, construction equipment, snowplows, etc.  Meter readings may be estimated during heavy snow, construction delays, etc.  To shut off water to a home, the customers should use the shut off valve located in the customer's box next to the District's meter box, instead of using the valve on the District's meter.
