Financial Reviews by Certified Public Accountant

The Board of Directors engages a major CPA firm that specializes in government entities to perform an annual review of the District's financial statements.  The District has received a clean opinion annually for the last thirteen years for statements the management has prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as outlined by the the American Institute of CPAs.  Quarterly, the Board reviews and approves all interim financial statements and all bank account transactions.
